2022 Fall Raffle Fundraiser! We have 2 lofty goals this year
100% participation and raising $70,000.
Being a 501c3 not for profit organization, all fundraiser proceeds go directly back into our program supporting this year’s fundraising objectives.

FUNDRAISER OBJECTIVES
ONE
Enhance Player Health and Recovery Equipment: Purchase an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and enhanced recovery equipment.
TWO
Support our Financial Aid Program: The club has always supported families that have a financial need; whether it is $20 or $200 a month. The area we live in, compounded by the lingering, economic effects of the global COVID pandemic, have put our financial aid program under the biggest stress it has ever felt. The need of our community has never been so high. Through our fundraising efforts, we can amplify our Bay Area Surf mission to reach more talented young athletes.
THREE
Player Cost Offset - Club Fees or Tournament / Showcase Expenses Through this raffle fundraiser, players have the opportunity to raise money that can be used to directly off-set their club fees or tournament / showcase expenses. Any amount raised by a player beyond the $200 minimum, will be put aside for the player’s future use.

FUNDRAISING TIMELINE:
Oct. 25th: Annual Raffle Fundraiser Kicks off; Raffle ticket envelopes distributed to players at training. Each player will receive 36 tickets to sell. (More available)
Oct. 25 - Nov. 16th: Raffle Ticket Sale Period
Nov. 15th - 16th: Envelope collection (raffle ticket & money) at training field.
IMPORTANT: Ensure player name and age group is written on the envelope.
Nov. 16th: Fundraiser Ends; all raffle tickets must be received by this day to be included in the drawing.
Nov. 18th: Raffle Drawing via Zoom (link sent to players later) *Could be extended until after Thanksgiving
