Located in the Bay Area/ San Jose area of  Northern California. Bay Area Surf may be a new name, but its roots and history of player development run deep. The new branding of the club owes its heritage to players developed by San Jose Earthquakes Girls Development Academy, Barcelona Bay Area, Star Academy, and Liverpool LFC. Bringing the best of the best staff, players, athletic trainers, and resources under one umbrella to continue their rich heritage of total player development in the Bay Area. Today's players have different goals and our staff and resources help them reach those whether it be NCAA, U.S. National Team, or professional (domestic and international) for over a decade.

FC Bay Area Surf is led by the vision of their executive staff and co/founders, Heath Piper Executive Director, Juan Porras Director of Coaching, Paul Monteith Director Boys MLS NEXT, and other award-wining staff who received Staff of the Year by U.S. Soccer in back to back seasons 2018-2020, as well as the U15 U.S. Soccer National Champions as part of the San Jose Earthquakes Girls Development Academy and recent U19 Girls Academy National Championship under FCBA Surf. Recent alums are also currently performing at top D1 colleges, U.S. National Teams, and professionally in the U.S. and internationally in Europe.
